SpeedPro Imaging Announces Opening of Round Rock, Texas, Location

David Payne is a veteran of the U.S. Marines who has prior professional experience working with graphics and signage.

speedproimaging_275Denver-based SpeedPro Imaging, a large-format graphics franchise company, announces the opening of its newest location in Round Rock, Texas, just outside Austin.

SpeedPro Imaging Solutions of Round Rock is owned and operated by local entrepreneur David Payne. Before joining SpeedPro, Payne worked for an engineering technology company for 25-plus years where his job involved working closely with trade show and marketing graphics.

He is a Marine Corps veteran who says he was attracted to SpeedPro because of the support the company gives to its franchisees. He also says he plans on supporting his local community where he can; specifically, the Boy Scouts, middle school bands and high school student activity groups, all of which he was involved with when he was younger.

“It’s not a coincidence that SpeedPro Imaging is the industry leader in wide-format printing. It’s because of our equal commitment to quality and efficiency,” says Payne. “The Austin area is seeing so much growth at this time. I’m proud to be able to provide print marketing service and branding solutions to help clients break through the noise and make a meaningful connection with their own customers.”

Working with Payne will be production manager Charlie Jeffcoat, who has more than 30 years of experience in the graphics arts industry. Throughout his career he has worked in a variety of different printing environments, from large corporate printers to small local print shops.

“Wide format printing is definitely my favorite,” says Jeffcoat. “With the versatility of our equipment and the variety of materials and substrates that we can print onto, the imagination seems to be the only limitation. Every day brings a new type of project.”

The new Round Rock studio is located at 6 Indian Meadows Drive, Suite 610, in Round Rock, and is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A grand opening will be held Friday, Dec. 7, which will feature product demonstrations, a $3,500 vehicle wrap giveaway, refreshments and a performance by members of the local Ridgeview Middle School Band.
