Fruit of the Loom Earns Corporate Social Responsibility Seal in Honduras

Fruit of the Loom earns the CSR Seal the from Honduran Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility (FUNDAHRSE). 

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.-Fruit of the Loom earns the CSR Seal from the Honduran Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility (FUNDAHRSE). This marks the 10th consecutive year the company has received the award in the Central American country.

FUNDAHRSE selects companies for the award based on community relations and business practices related to operations and labor. Fruit of the Loom’s endeavors in Honduras includes providing education services to approximately 3,000 children annually, health fairs for employees, and participating in reforestation programs. The company also holds an annual walk-a-thon that benefits the Mario Catarino Rivas hospital.

The company accepted the award at a ceremony held by FUNDAHRSE in the capital city of Tegucigalpa.
