Agfa Graphics Wins Gold at the Canadian Printing Awards

The Jeti Tauro H3300 is a hybrid UV-inkjet LED printer that is manufactured in Mississauga, Ontario.

canadianprintingawards_275Wide-format printer manufacturer Agfa Graphics, based in Belgium but with U.S. operations in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, announces that it has taken gold in the 2018 Canadian Printing Awards in the wide-format category.

Specifically, it was Agfa’s Jeti Tauro H3300 LED printer that won the gold. The hybrid UV-inkjet LED system, which is manufactured in Mississauga, Ontario, offers a combination of six-color prints-plus white or primer-up to 3.2 meters wide at speeds of up to 453 square meters-4,876 square feet-per hour, automated.

Now in its 13th year, the Canadian Printing Awards celebrates the creativity and innovation of Canada’s printing industry. This year more than 250 entries were submitted across all categories, with 114 awards presented in the industry achievement, print design, printing, technology, and environmental classifications. More than 200 people attended the award ceremony held in early November in Toronto.
