To answer simply, the following three tips are important guidelines to follow:
- Never allow an inexperienced operator to operate the machine.
- Your print heads are the most expensive item on your machine. Do not allow a head crash (a strike of the heads onto the substrate).
- Your print head must never have direct light exposure from the curing lamps. This cures the ink within the print head.
