What role does the image quality play for outdoor panel sublimation?

If you start with a low-quality digital image, you will end up with a low-quality image on your panel no matter what you do. Start with a high-quality image and you should be able to sublimate a high-quality image onto the panel. A 300 DPI image at size should give you a great-quality finished sublimated image. “At size” is the important qualifier. If you start with a 300 DPI image, but it is sized at 1″ square, the larger the size of your finished image, the lower the DPI will be. If you want to make a panel that is 8″ X 10″, you need to have the DPI at least 300 DPI when it is 8″ X 10″.
