Pressure is not the most important variable to sublimate outdoor panels. When you sublimate a panel that will be used outdoors, first you need to start with a panel that is engineered for outdoor use to protect the image over time from fading.
Second, you want to press the panel in the heat press a little longer, so that you drive the sublimation dyes deeper into the sublimation coating. This helps defend against fading.
