Almo Announces Details for Upcoming E4 Experience Event in Chicago

For 2019 Almos's E4 events have been re-branded the E4 Experience, and there's more going on than in past years, the company says.

almo_e4_2019_275Maryland-based Almo Professional A/V, a distributor of professional audio and visual equipment, announces details of its upcoming E4 Experience event on Tuesday, March 12, in Chicago.

What the company calls an “all-star team” of industry educators and audio-visual and information technology experts will gather in the Windy City to share their knowledge. The E4 Experience is a rebranded, expanded version of Almo’s E4 AV Tour, which offers AV professionals a full day of educational sessions that can earn them CTS Renewal units from AVIXA, the Audio Visual and Integrated Experience Association, as well as certifications from the SDVoE Alliance and the Digital Signage Federation.

The four “Es” in the workshop’s title represent Educate, Exchange, Explore and Experience.

Among the many breakout sessions offered over the course of the day will be Introduction to Windows Collaboration Displays; An Unbiased Explanation of AV-Over-IP; Avoiding Pitfalls in Digital Signage Installations and Content; and a special autograph session with former Chicago Bears quarterback and two-time Super Bowl Champion, Jim McMahon.

“We’ve recruited superstar educators-influential and highly respected business professionals-to help our E4 Chicago attendees stretch their knowledge, spark new ideas and embrace the future of Pro AV and IT,” says Melody Craigmyle, vice president of marketing and communications for Almo Corp. “Not only will attendees be rewarded for their participation with AVIXA CTS RUs and other valuable certifications through SDVoE and the Digital Signage Federation, they can also put what they’ve learned to immediate use.”
