SAGE announces 2027 Rating Award winners
1,181 promotional products suppliers & decorators earn A+ or A ratings based on distributor feedback in SAGE Workplace.
SAGE, a provider of business management and product research solutions for the promotional products industry, has announced the recipients of its 2027 SAGE Rating Awards, recognizing suppliers and decorators that earned A+ and A ratings from distributors using SAGE Workplace.
This year, 997 companies earned an A+ rating, a 4% increase from the previous year, while 184 companies earned an A rating. Together, A+ and A-rated companies represent 48% of all active Advantage and Decorator Members in the SAGE database. Suppliers that earn an A+ or A SAGE rating are also eligible for the annual PPAI Supplier Star Awards.
“We’re proud to recognize the supplier and decorator partners who consistently deliver the service, quality, and reliability distributors depend on,” said Dana Porter, SAGE’s vice president of information services. “These ratings reflect real distributor experiences and recognize companies that continue to set a high standard for serving the promotional products industry.”

The SAGE rating system gives distributors insight into their peers’ experiences with suppliers and decorators, helping them make more informed sourcing decisions. Within SAGE Workplace, distributors can view real-time ratings, comments, and information about awards and industry recognition for each company.
Ratings evaluate key areas of the distributor experience, including customer service, delivery, and problem resolution. Distributors can submit ratings directly through SAGE Workplace or through a supplier or decorator’s “Rate Us” link. Each distributor may rate a company once and can update that rating at any time, helping ensure feedback reflects their most recent experience.
SAGE Rating Award recipients receive A+ or A-rated logos and other marketing materials that can be used in catalogs, websites, email signatures, and other promotional materials.
