With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Heaton brings extensive expertise in business operations, supply chain management, distribution, and organizational development.
Throughout her career, Heaton has held senior leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and iHerb, most recently serving as COO of SAYN Beauty. Her experience spans operational transformation, strategic planning, technology integration, and building high-performing teams across complex, high-growth organizations.
In her new role, Heaton will focus on strengthening Cotton Heritage’s operational infrastructure, optimizing processes, and supporting scalable growth while maintaining the quality, service, and reliability customers expect from the brand.
Known for her hands-on, people-first leadership approach, Heaton emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to drive meaningful results.
