BOFA Americas Inc. announces Todd Dale’s arrival as a senior sales professional to support existing West Coast customers. As a regional sales manager for the Western U.S., Dale helps meet the demand for industrial fume and dust extraction technology.
In the role, he focuses on the laser and additive manufacturing markets in California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. He has more than 20 years of sales experience in the industrial automation, packaging, and printing industries.
Cap America Inc. welcomes Charles Campbell to the company as the new print supervisor and promotes Gerald Pinkley to director of administration.
Campbell manages the day-to-day print department operations and is responsible for coordinating production schedules and overseeing quality and efficiency within the department. He has over 30 years of experience in the screen print industry, many of which he spent in a leadership role.
As director of administration, Pinkley serves as a facilitator of conversation and interaction between all internal departments. He joined Cap America in 2019 as market development manager, bringing 27 years in the retail operations field.
Kernow North America, a manufacturer of OEM certified printable digital synthetic papers, appoints Marc Zitron as merchant channel sales manager.
Zitron brings 37 years of experience in the paper industry to the position. He spent 13 years working as a merchant sales representative and 24 years in sales with the leading paper mills covering the Midwest through the Southeast portions of the U.S.
Zitron works alongside national sales manager John Parsons, who joined the Kernow North America team in 2019.
Universal Woods LLC, a manufacturer of hard-surface coated substrates for sublimation printing, announces Erin Churchman’s promotion and Curtis Benton’s hire.
Churchman is now the channel sales manager, responsible for the growth and retention of customers in its eCommerce channel. Churchman joined Universal Woods in 2011 and has served in various roles in marketing, sales, and most recently, customer care. In her new position, Churchman is responsible for developing customer programs, forecasting product orders, and cultivating new business within the eCommerce channel.
Benton is the company’s distribution channel sales manager supporting its customers in North America. Benton is responsible for the growth and development of sublimation distributors in the U.S. and Canada. He brings knowledge of dye-sublimation printing and photography, having founded the art reproduction and personalization company Pixel2Canvas in Las Vegas, Nevada, before its sale to Max Art Productions.
