JDS Industries has announced that it is giving more than $3 million back to eligible customers whose purchases were impacted by tariffs.

The decision represents a significant return of value to JDS customers across the awards and recognition, personalization, promotional products, decorated apparel, and sign supply industries. Rather than retain the tariff-related value, JDS made the decision to return it to the customers whose purchases were impacted. Eligible customers will receive their individual share through JDS account credits that can be applied toward future purchases.

“We’re thankful that our customers choose JDS as their supplier partner,” said Mike May, president of JDS Industries. “Our business has been built on long-term relationships with our customers, and when there’s an opportunity to give something back, we believe it’s the right thing to do.”

The more than $3 million customer giveback comes at a time when businesses across the industries JDS serves continue to navigate changing tariff conditions, pricing pressures, and supply chain costs. For JDS, the decision reflects its longstanding focus on supporting customers and the businesses they are building.

“Our customers’ success and our success are directly connected,” May said. “We value the trust they place in JDS and want to continue earning that trust through the decisions we make and the way we support them.”

The announcement also comes as JDS continues its journey as a 100% employee-owned company. Founded in 1973, JDS has grown from an awards-industry supplier into a nationwide organization with 13 warehouses serving customers across awards and recognition, personalization, gifts, decorated apparel, and sign supply.
