Daktronics, a South Dakota-based digital LED sign and software company, announces the continuation of a long-standing partnership with Ströer, a German provider of out-of-home media and advertising, to manufacture and deliver the company’s LED displays.

Previously, Daktronics has delivered more than 250 LED screens and has been asked to deliver additional LED screens over the coming months.

Adding to Ströer’s inventory of digital LED displays, the new screens will measure 9m2 or 10m2, all featuring 6mm pixel spacings. The company says they will be installed across multiple cities in Germany with some applications being single-sided and others being double-sided, depending on the exact location. These digital screens will be used to communicate large advertising and branding campaigns or in combination with other out-of-home media in Germany´s urban locations.

“Bringing several 100 digital screens to Ströer in Germany is a great achievement that will connect their messaging to viewers throughout their major cities,” says Rolf Bauer, sales director for Daktronics Germany. “We’re proud to partner with Ströer and to continue this partnership into 2022 and beyond.”
