Orbus awarded 2026 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For in the US
The exhibit & display solutions provider has won the award for 12 consecutive years.

Orbus has been recognized as one of the 2026 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For by the National Association for Business Resources — marking the company’s 12th consecutive year receiving the honor.
“We’re honored to be recognized as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For,” said Todd Papendick, vice president of human resources. “This achievement reflects our amazing employees, whose passion, dedication, collaborative spirit, and sense of fun continue to shape a culture where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work every day. We’re grateful for the team that makes Orbus such a special place to grow, innovate, celebrate successes, and enjoy the journey together.”
Guided by a people-first mindset, Orbus continues to invest in engagement programs, career development opportunities, and workplace enhancements that support employee growth, connection, and well-being. This year’s recognition comes as the company advances initiatives like Project Inspire, a workplace transformation effort designed to foster collaboration, spark creativity, and showcase the full breadth of Orbus’ capabilities.
Project Inspire was intentionally conceived as more than a facility renovation. It served as an opportunity to leverage the extensive expertise across the Orbus Visual Communications Group Enterprise and demonstrate what is possible when sister brands work together toward a common vision. Every aspect of the transformation, from concept development, design, printing, fabrication, millwork, environmental graphics, and installation, was designed and executed by Orbus Group employees using the group’s materials, products, services, and manufacturing capabilities.

The result is a workplace that enhances the daily employee experience and serves as a showcase of the innovation, craftsmanship, and collaborative spirit of the business.
“I’m grateful to help create an employee experience at Orbus where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to succeed,” said Yaritza, human resources manager. “Whether onboarding new team members, supporting employees, or helping to plan employee events, I enjoy fostering a culture built on collaboration, support, and fun. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing employees grow, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive impact across the organization.”
