Cap America announces promotions
Amanda Stevens, Steve Serini & Tanner Serini advance within the company.

Cap America is pleased to announce the promotions of Amanda Stevens to training and development specialist, Steve Serini to director of facility operations, and Tanner Serini to the position of maintenance supervisor.
Amanda Stevens
Stevens has been with Cap America since June 2022, starting as a quality control inspector and later advancing to quality control trainer in May 2024. In her new role, Stevens will help further develop the company’s training programs, fostering talent and ensuring the continued success of the team.
Stevens’ growth at Cap America has been marked by her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and exceptional ability to build strong relationships. Known for her friendly and helpful nature, she has consistently gone above and beyond in every role. Her colleagues and supervisors alike have praised her for her ability to step in and provide support wherever needed, and her work ethic has consistently been a source of inspiration for the entire team.
Christina Dulaney, quality assurance manager, shared her thoughts on Stevens’ promotion: “Amanda has always stepped in wherever needed, showing dedication and an ability to excel. Her growth and ability to take on new challenges make her a perfect fit for this new role.”
Jon Page, vice president of production, also expressed his excitement for Stevens’ promotion: “Amanda’s positive attitude and strong work ethic have already made a significant impact. Her enthusiasm and ability to connect with others will be invaluable in her new role. I look forward to seeing how she will continue to drive success at Cap America.”
Stevens added, “I’m thrilled to take on this new role and look forward to continuing my growth at Cap America. It’s been an amazing journey so far, and I’m excited to contribute to the development of our talented team.”
Steve Serini
This well-deserved promotion comes after five years of exceptional leadership as facility maintenance manager, a role in which Steve demonstrated his extensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance, as well as his dedication to maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and visitors.
In his new role, Steve will continue to oversee the company’s facility operations, including strategic planning and management of all facility services. He will report directly to Jon Page, vice president of production.
Jon shared, “Steve’s deep knowledge of facility management, paired with his consistent track record of safety compliance and operational efficiency, made this promotion a natural next step. His leadership has been instrumental in the success of our operations, and this promotion is a reflection of his tireless commitment and expertise.”
Steve, who brings over 35 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance, expressed his enthusiasm for the new challenge: “I am honored to take on this new role and look forward to continuing to support Cap America’s growth. It has been an exciting journey, and I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished as a team. I’m committed to ensuring our facilities continue to operate at the highest standards while fostering a safe and productive environment for everyone.”
Tom Gillespie, senior vice president of production, also shared his thoughts on Steve’s promotion: “Steve’s promotion is a testament to the dedication and skill he has demonstrated over the years. He has not only mastered the technical aspects of his role, but he has become a trusted leader whose decision-making ability has positively impacted our operations. Tanner Serini
Tanner, who joined Cap America in May 2023 as a senior mechanic, brings with him over 13 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including expertise in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Tanner’s dedication to improving manufacturing processes and equipment has made him an invaluable asset to the team. He has consistently demonstrated a solution-driven approach to problem-solving, seeking out innovative ways to increase efficiency and enhance production capabilities. His ability to quickly assess situations and find effective solutions has earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.
Steve Serini, director of facility maintenance operations at Cap America, shared, “Tanner comes to us with extensive experience and training, making him well-versed in all aspects of maintenance. He is incredibly accomplished, and we are proud to have him step into this new role. His knowledge and problem-solving mindset will be key as he leads the team forward.”
