Howard Custom Transfers launches HCT Assist
The heat transfer provider now offers decoration & fulfillment services.
Howard Custom Transfers (HCT), a manufacturer of custom heat transfers, announced the launch of HCT Assist, a decoration and fulfillment service created to help apparel businesses pursue opportunities that extend beyond their available production capacity.
HCT Assist gives customers access to additional support for garment coordination, professional transfer application, finishing, packing, and shipping. According to HTC, the service is designed for apparel decorators who want to take on larger or more complex projects without immediately investing in additional equipment, labor, or production space.

They maintain the customer relationship while we provide the behind-the-scenes production support needed to help get the program completed.”
Depending on the needs of the program, HCT Assist services may include:
- Garment sourcing and coordination
- Professional application of screen print and digital heat transfers
- Folding and individual bagging
- Size labeling and sorting
- Packing and shipping
- Web store support for approved programs
Customers may choose to have HCT coordinate the garments or arrange for approved garments to be shipped directly to HCT’s Elgin, Illinois, facility.
