Texsource Screen Printing Supply hosts two screen printing classes at two of its branch locations in February.
KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C.-Texsource Screen Printing Supply hosts two screen printing classes at two of its branch locations in February.
On Feb. 14, the company continues its Intro to Screen Printing class at its Norcross, Georgia facility. Attendees can expect to cover a variety of topics including basic screen printing terminology. The course also includes a hands-on portion where participants have the chance to print their own shirts. Texsource’s webmaster Caleb Morgan says, “Texsource sales reps will be hosting the class and will offer their 40-plus combined years of experience in the screen printing industry.”
Additionally, the company presents a Specialty Whites & Printing course at its Kings Mountain, North Carolina location on Feb. 15. Morgan says the course will teach attendees “the skills needed to master special effects printing.” The class includes hands-on learning opportunities such as discharge and plasticharge printing, Matsui RFU water-based printing, heat transfers for plastisol inks, and overlay foils. This is in addition to an overview of proper artwork preparation and a variety of specialty inks.
Both classes include a free lunch.
