SE Logo Wear is a North Carolina-based print shop that offers embroidery, screen printing, large-format printing, and promotional products services. Through the acquisition, SE Logo Wear expands its line of tennis court equipment and accessories.

The CourtHarbor name will remain the same, and operations will be managed by SE Logo Wear from its office and facility in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

“SE Logo Wear’s financial investment and commitment to CourtHarbor provides Charlie Grubb, SE Logo Wear’s founder and president, along with Jon McLamb, founder and president of CourtHarbor, sole ownership of CourtHarbor’s assets, intellectual property and customer base,” the announcement reads.

With the merge, SE Logo Wear plans to take a “proactive approach” to engagement within its Triad community, including a personal development program for local high schools.
