Charles River Apparel Supports Christmas in the City with Pop-Up Store

Charles River Apparel will launch its first-ever pop-up store on Giving Tuesday, Dec. 3, in support of Christmas in the City.

SHARON, Mass.-Charles River Apparel will launch its first-ever pop-up store on Giving Tuesday, Dec. 3, in support of Christmas in the City.

For three days, locals are invited to visit the store located at 1245 Providence Highway in Sharon, Massachusets. A reported 50% of total sales will go directly to Christmas in the City, a long-time charitable partner of Charles River that helps Boston-area families experiencing homelessness and poverty.

“We’re excited to open our doors and meet our customers while doing something good for the community,” says Tracy Lehnen, VP of marketing. “Christmas in the City is an organization our employees look forward to supporting each year, and we’re delighted to help expand their reach and donate even more this year.”

The pop-up opens on Giving Tuesday with a toy drive. The first 50 customers who bring in an unwrapped toy will receive a commemorative Christmas in the City sweatshirt.

On Friday, Dec. 6, there will be gingerbread treats from Ginger Betty’s Bakery, as well as a chance for shoppers to win a gingerbread house.

On Saturday, Dec. 7, the pop-up will wrap up with food trucks and a chance to win free tickets to the Dec. 8 New England Patriots vs. Kansas City Chiefs football game in Foxborough.

Charles River Apparel invites locals to “Mark your calendars to help Christmas in the City throw the largest Christmas party in the country for children in need around the Boston area.”

  • Tuesday, Dec. 3: 12-6 p.m.
  • Friday, Dec. 6: 12-6 p.m.
