SGP Hosts Webinar on Sustainable Inks, Coatings, and Adhesives

The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP), an authority in sustainable certifications for the printing industry, announces a Dec. 15 webinar titled Making the Difference with Sustainable Plastics: Transition to Sustainable Packaging with Inks, Coatings, and Adhesives.

The session, which starts at 2 p.m. ET, is a continuation of SGP’s Oct. 29 webinar on sustainable plastics featuring Theresa Vanna, print market specialist, Primex Plastics Corporation.

For the Dec. 15 webinar, Dr. Nikola Juhasz, the global technical director for Sun Chemical Corporation (pictured right), joins Vanna to introduce the role of inks, coatings, and adhesives in sustainable packaging.

The webinar covers the latest information on sustainable products from Sun Chemical and the interaction with sustainable plastics. Panelists will also share ideas and new approaches needed to understand the use of inks, coatings, and adhesives and offer insights on how to discuss sustainable packaging materials with customers.
