New Hires: HanesBrands, Reflect Systems​, SNA Displays

HanesBrands announces the appointment of Kristin L. Oliver to the position of chief human resources officer, effective immediately.

An accomplished human resources strategist and leader, Oliver has more than 15 years of executive human resources and employment law experience, including business strategy development, HR systems, international operations, employee and labor relations, and employee development, training, compensation, and recruiting.

Most recently, she was the senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Walgreens. She also held chief human resources officer roles at Chico’s FAS and Walmart Inc.

In her new role, Oliver has responsibility for all HanesBrands human resources functions globally and will report to chief executive officer Stephen B. Bratspies.

Reflect Systems​ adds two digital signage professionals to its sales leadership team, who will both play a role in Reflect’s next phase of growth.

Tom Walsh brings more than two decades of experience in the digital signage space and expertise across various facets of the industry.

Andrea Varrone also brings years of digital signage experience, having been the show director of Digital Signage Expo and co-founder of Women of Digital Signage.

Both Walsh and Varrone will serve as directors of strategic accounts, driving the success of Reflect’s new client offerings, including its recently announced Retail Resurgence Program (RRP).

“Walsh and Varrone’s leadership will help guide Reflect’s expansion, as we work to deploy the digital signage solutions retailers will need on the path to economic recovery,” says Lee Summers, CEO of Reflect.

SNA Displays hires two Sweden-based digital signage veterans as part of its European expansion. As an LED display manufacturer, the company provides digital display products and services worldwide, primarily in the U.S., European, and Asian markets. The move comes as digital signage and audio-visual industries recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic fallout.

The company welcomes Johan Skepparman and Peter Gustafsson to the SNA team to run business development for SNA Displays from Stockholm.

The new employees bring audio-visual and digital signage experience to SNA Displays’ business development team, including project management, solutions design, operations, and installation and maintenance.

Both hires report to vice president of global sales Rick Bortles.
