LogoJET Announces New Manager of Technical Services & Product

In the role, Josh McNaughton will seek to meet and exceed LogoJET customer expectations.

LogoJET, a manufacturer of UV printers and supplies, announced the appointment of Josh McNaughton as the new manager of technical services and product.

McNaughton brings over two decades of industry experience, which is said to “enhance LogoJET’s commitment to delivering top-tier products and exceptional customer service.”

Josh McNaughton joins LogoJET from Xante, where he held various leadership roles, including vice president of product support and technical services. His extensive experience includes managing technical support for industrial inkjet printers, developing new products, and providing comprehensive sales and technical support to both domestic and international clients.

According to LogoJET, McNaughton’s background in customer relationship management, product development, and technical support is set to drive its endeavors forward.

Throughout his career, McNaughton has demonstrated a strong work ethic, a high level of energy, and the ability to think creatively to achieve goals. He has been instrumental in creating extensive product documentation, including sales tools, operator manuals, and service manuals, which have been critical in supporting pre- and post-sales activities. His hands-on experience with installation, training, and technical support will be a significant asset to LogoJET’s technical services team.
