Crystal D, a supplier of awards and gifts, has been named to the 2026 Counselor Best Places to Work list. This distinction is said to recognize the companies that provide the best work environment, based on anonymous survey responses to a range of questions about employees’ experiences.
In its reporting on Crystal D, Counselor referenced the company’s peer-led recognition program, inclusive culture, and unique benefits like PTO for employees to send off their kids on the first day of school.

Dahlgren continued, saying that as Memory Makers at Crystal D took on new challenges over the past year, including introducing 80 new awards, they were defined by their willingness to step up, support one another, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
