Take a proactive approach to reducing last minute orders. The easiest way to do this is to prepare a group email list of clients who usually have significant projects during your busy season. Write a general email reminding customers to order early due to your busy season. This is not the most personal approach, yet it can greatly improve service and efficiency. The most personal approach is a phone call or individual personalized emails.
