Who should select what my business offers our clients?

The age of the buyer of product is important. I am not like I was when I first started. My thinking is to select black brass, wood, gold, and old designs. It takes my daughters and grandsons with the younger-thinking employees we have to create what the young buying public wants today. Have people on your staff to create a line that will appeal to real buyers.
