Another system we use for organization is QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks hooks up to all our financial data, PayPal, and eCommerce store, and automatically imports data from those systems. This way, we save time because we don’t have to do a lot of data entry.
When we make a sale online, QuickBooks automatically pulls that data in, and creates a record of the sale for us. If a customer pays with PayPal, QuickBooks automatically imports that data. This is crucial for our business because efficiency is a key to making money in the engraving business. This tool helps our operation run smoothly and efficiently.
