The Positives of a Negative Facebook Page

Consider this method to combat negative reviews.

One idea to combat negative reviews is to have a regular Facebook page for your company, along with a second Facebook page intended just for negative reviews, titled something like “(your company) Sucks.” If anyone has a problem with the company, they are encouraged to post it on the negative page. This accomplishes two things: It’s inviting feedback regardless of whether it’s positive or negative, and it keeps those negative comments off the other Facebook page. Also, if it’s on your page, then you can edit it any way you want.
