Books to Propel Your Business

Vince DiCecco, Your Personal Business Trainer, shares his list of recommended reading.

First, do an assessment of how motivated you are and how much time you have to read. Then set a goal, such as one book a quarter, depending on how veracious a reader you are. Also, ask yourself what kind of learner you are to determine how you’d like to take in the information from a book, whether it be hard copy, a digital version, or an audiobook. Here are a handful of books that I have found informative and easy-to-read:

  1. “The Mackay MBA of Selling in the Real World” by Harvey Mackay
  2. “The Go-Giver” and “Go-Givers Sell More” by Bob Burg and John David Mann
  3. “Sales Bible” and “Little Red Book of Selling” by Jeffery Gitomer
  4. “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits” and “Scaling Up” by Verne Harnish
  5. “Traction” by Gino Wickman
  6. “Duct Tape Marketing” by John Jantsch
  7. “All Marketers (Are Liars) Tell Stories” by Seth Godin

These books can be found on Audible.com or Amazon.com.
