To generate some interest about an event or promotion at your shop, you can offer a discount to anyone who shares your post about the event to their social media page – now you have their audience seeing your business. The discount code can be viewed as a “thank you” for helping you spread the message.

You could even take this concept of sharing your post by making it into a fun contest. Once someone shares the post, they are entered to win a special prize. The prize could be a branded item from your store. People love winning prizes and when they fall in love with the item from your store, they will tell people about it.
