Why is it important to continue learning new things?
How do we know what to select in order to perform and create that which our clients desire? And how do we really know what the client wants? This is where the informal education comes into play and why it’s so important to learn from others and their experiences. If we have learned, we need to make the effort to file what we have learned until the time arrives when we need that information. Then we have a leg up on our competition simply with the knowledge we can apply to the circumstance.
It is important, even if we are fulfilling what we believe our clients want, that we continue to attempt to improve. Never be complacent and tell yourself that you have the client and their orders in your back pocket, because you don’t. We must continue to earn our client’s business.
