Make clients aware of the whole range of products you offer. Build sample kits that feature awards and complementary products that are not awards. Every time you deliver an award order, include a freebie of something sublimated that might interest the specific customer. For example, if it is a corporation buying awards for the top sales reps, you might include name badges, a favorite of the business world. Or maybe coffee mugs that can be used as promotional products.
