Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More, a provider of custom apparel franchising, announced its latest independently owned and operated store in Flower Mound, Texas. The new store, owned by local entrepreneurs and longtime friends Mike Moore and Paul Julbes, officially opened its doors on March 10, at 1900 Long Prairie Road, Suite 104.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mike and Paul to the Big Frog family and to see them bring our brand back to Flower Mound,” said Tina Bacon-DeFrece, president and co-founder of Big Frog. “Their leadership, passion for community engagement, and commitment to quality service align perfectly with what Big Frog stands for. We look forward to seeing their store become a go-to resource for custom apparel in the area.”

Moore and Julbes bring extensive leadership experience to their new business. Moore, a retired Air Force veteran with over 30 years of service, spent the last few years managing facilities at Amazon, overseeing large-scale merchandise production and fulfillment centers. His experience in supply and demand logistics, combined with his passion for community-driven business, made Big Frog a natural fit.

“We saw a gap in the industry here in Flower Mound,” said Moore. “There are screen printers and embroidery shops, but nothing quite like Big Frog. Nobody had a direct-to-garment boutique-style store available where the community could come in and get custom-designed clothing handmade. The ability to provide that experience was something that stood out to us.”

Moore and Julbes are dedicated to being involved in the Flower Mound community. They plan to partner with the local chamber of commerce, school districts, churches, and sports leagues to provide custom apparel solutions. The store will also actively participate in charitable initiatives, including supporting local Breast Cancer Awareness Month fundraisers, firefighter charities, and youth organizations like the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.

Also, in alignment with Big Frog’s community focus, More and Jubles are committed to fundraising efforts for nonprofits that support a wide range of outreach.

“The sense of community in Flower Mound is incredible, and we want to be an active part of that,” said Moore.
“Our goal is to not only provide a great service but to also give back and support the people and businesses that make this area special.”

Big Frog of Flower Mound celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting event featuring local politicians, business leaders, and community members.
