Vantage Apparel, a manufacturer and decorator of custom-branded apparel, welcomed Keith Hughes as Northeast outside sales account manager, where he will oversee the New England region, including western New York, Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

Hughes brings more than 20 years of sales experience in the apparel industry. Most recently, he was with Cotton Heritage, and prior to that spent more than seven years covering the Northeast with Cutter & Buck and Ahead LLC.

“The number one thing that excited me was meeting Ira and the team in Las Vegas,” said Hughes. “There was such a positive team atmosphere, and everyone I spoke with was incredibly welcoming. As a former college athlete, I thrive in an environment where people work together as a team, and the more I learned about Vantage’s production facilities, warehouses, and decoration capabilities, the more I knew this was the perfect opportunity for me to help grow the Northeast.”

He added, “After seeing and feeling the quality of the Vantage products, along with the Polo Ralph Lauren, Greg Norman, and Lane Seven offerings, I knew my clients would feel confident presenting these products to their own customers. I also love that Vantage is a family business, because I grew up in a family business myself. My goal is to continue building long-lasting, trusted relationships with both current and new clients throughout the Northeast.”

“Keith has been a great addition to the Vantage team and has already made an impact in the region,” said Sean Macilvain, vice president of business development. “Keith has proven to be a great asset to customers, and we could not be more excited to have him on board.”
