Vantage Apparel, a provider of apparel and decoration services, announced the expansion of its direct-to-film (DTF) decoration services, tripling capacity with a new studio and offering nationwide coverage across all three of its U.S. facilities.

With the addition of a 1,800-square-foot temperature-controlled DTF studio at its headquarters in Avenel, New Jersey, Vantage stated it can now support thousands of placements per day. DTF is now available across all three Vantage facilities: Avenel, New Jersey, St. Louis, Missouri, and Santa Ana, California.

Vantage introduced DTF mid-2023 and quickly became a top deco method. Today, DTF ranks as Vantage’s third most popular decoration, behind embroidery and screen printing, the company says.

“DTF is fast and delivers incredible clarity and color,” said Rob Watson, CEO of Vantage Apparel. “By expanding our DTF operations, we’re making it easier than ever for customers to get high-quality, on-demand decoration with quick turn times — whether it’s for one piece or several hundred.”

“This strategic investment reinforces Vantage’s commitment to delivering the industry’s most expansive decoration options — under one roof, and across the country,” stated the company in a press release.
