Weigman brings over 20 years of experience in the promotional products industry, having worked on both the distributor and supplier sides. His background includes key roles at two family-owned distributorships and as a field sales manager for Trimark Apparel. “We’re excited to welcome Doug to the Vantage team,” said Sean Macilvain, vice president of business development. “Bringing on an apparel expert like Doug is a strategic move — his deep industry knowledge makes him the perfect partner for building impactful merchandise programs and sharing the latest trends in high-quality decoration.”

“I’m excited to reconnect with industry friends and get back out in the field to build new relationships,” said Weigman. “What really energizes me is the opportunity to introduce customers to Vantage’s standout product lineup and the most innovative decoration techniques across the region.”

Outside of his professional endeavors, Weigman is an avid sports fan who proudly supports all his Wisconsin teams. He enjoys watching and playing golf and is a proud father and stepfather who enjoys spending time with his kids.
