TSC Inc. Acquires MPGTandem
U.S.-based distributor TSC Inc. expands its footprint to St. Louis, Missouri, and Chicago, Illinois
The Specialty Company Inc. (TSC), a U.S.-based promotional products and branding services firm, announces it has completed the acquisition of DVL Enterprises, MPGTandem, a St. Louis, Missouri-based corporate apparel, workwear, promotional products, and awards manufacturer.
Terms of the deal were not released. Dave LaRusso, founder of DVL Enterprises, will serve as vice president of special projects.
“It was important we found a partner that would assist us in achieving greater levels of sales growth, continued
dedication to our customers, and provide economic security for our valuable employees.” says LaRusso. “MPG realized the need to offer greater and improved services to our clients in the areas of third-party logistics, fulfillment services, and custom manufacturing. This will not only greater enhance those capabilities but also allow us to invest resources in all of the services we provide to our clients.”
TSC Inc. is retaining DVL Enterprise employees and locations in Illinois and Missouri.

This is TSC’s third acquisition, previously having acquired Ice Blue Advertising Inc. and Lasting Image Promotional Products Inc. in 2021.
