Tri-Mountain, a California-based apparel company, announces its plans to close its doors.

After nearly 30 years in business, the company says it will cease operations and it stopped taking orders past Aug. 18.

“Since starting Tri-Mountain in 1993, we’ve had the honor and privilege of earning your business and support,” the company says in a statement. “We cannot fully express our gratitude for the opportunities to work with you over the decades. On behalf of our Tri-Mountain family, please accept our deepest thanks and best wishes for your continued success.”

As the company shuts down its business operations, it notes that:

  • In-stock inventory is all final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds
  • Decorated orders in progress will be delivered as planned
  • All outstanding balances must be settled by the invoice due date
