The Orange County Register Names Toshiba a 2019 Top Workplace
Energage uses feedback from each company's own employees to determine who makes the list.
Toshiba America Business Solutions, the Lake Forest, California-based U.S. division of the Japan-based company, announces that it has been recognized with a 2019 Top Workplaces Award by The Orange County Register.
Toshiba once more receives this honor because of employee feedback gathered earlier this year from a survey administered by a third party. The anonymous survey, administered by Energage LLC, measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, engagement and connection.
Toshiba says its leadership strives to foster and maintain a highly positive and engaging environment for every employee.
“Our Toshiba team is truly honored to again earn The Orange County Register‘s Top Workplace Award,” says Toshiba America Business Solutions president and CEO Scott Maccabe. “I find the honor particularly gratifying and humbling considering it stems from our most valued asset, our employees.”
