Heat transfer manufacturer Supacolor announces its continuing expansion efforts with the opening of a third facility in the United States — located in Atlanta, Georgia.

According to the company, Supacolor has opened this new facility to better serve the U.S. market east of the Mississippi.

In addition to improved production and fulfillment capabilities, Supacolor will also now employ over 100 people in the United States.

Rum Walia, president of Supacolor USA, says, “We couldn’t be more thrilled about the future of Supacolor right now, and we look forward to being a member of Atlanta’s business community.”

“The expansions have been made possible for several reasons,” Supacolor marketing director Jon Moore tells GRAPHICS PRO. “For one, the consumer demand for our product and service is so great that, admittedly, we have been struggling to meet demand with just one or two factories. We’ve also got an awesome leadership team (Rum Walia and Mike Modgill) who have been working extremely hard to open these new locations expeditiously.”

Supacolor states it has designs on the next facility opening in Texas, however, “it is still too far out to know if that’s coming late 2022 or early 2023.”
