STAHLS’ officially celebrated the grand opening of STAHLS’ Fulfill ONE (SF1), its new innovation lab and fulfillment center, on Sept. 23. The grand opening event brought together over 100 guests, including decorators, suppliers, media contacts, and industry leaders for a first look at how STAHLS’ is approaching the future of print-on-demand, with partnerships powered by Fulfill Engine technology and decoration capabilities.

“This new facility is designed as a place where brands, decorators, and suppliers can collaborate to test, refine, and scale new decoration technologies together,” stated the company in a press release. “Built on the central theme of the power of collaboration through transparency and trust, STAHLS’ SF1 remains committed to moving the industry forward to a place where everyone wins.”

Event attendees experienced hands-on demonstrations at stations across multiple decoration methods, including direct to film, direct to garment, direct embroidery, LIQUID 3D dimensional logos on demand, UV printing, and laser engraving. According to STAHLS’, each station highlighted how the decoration technologies at SF1 make fulfillment more accessible, sustainable, and scalable.

“SF1 is now open and primarily serves as an innovation laboratory, showcasing the latest in decoration technology, hosting exclusive product testing, and featuring next-gen equipment from industry-leading manufacturers. The majority of order fulfillment will always remain in the trusted STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine decorator network,” stated the company.

The SF1 grand opening event featured a presentation from STAHLS’ executive leadership, including Carleen Gray, GroupeSTAHL CEO, Josh Ellsworth, GroupeSTAHL chief revenue officer, and Jayson Tompkins, STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine chief digital officer.

“This is a whole new frontier for STAHLS’,” said Gray. “SF1 is built on partnerships for print-on-demand, including adding a ROQ DTG printer and Melco embroidery equipment, with every decorating technology supported by the STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine platform.”

SF1 is now open for tours and collaboration opportunities, offering customers and partners the chance to see the future of fulfillment in action. Find more information about the grand opening event here.
