STAHLS’, a provider of heat printing technology, recently unveiled the STAHLS’ Fulfill ONE (SF-1), its new fulfillment center located in Chesterfield, Michigan.

“The new Chesterfield, Michigan, facility is more than just a fulfillment center; it’s an industry hub where top brands, manufacturers, decorators, and suppliers come together to explore the future of production,” the company shared in a press release. “The location will also serve as a live innovation lab, showcasing the latest in decoration technology, hosting exclusive product testing, and featuring next-gen equipment from industry-leading manufacturers.”

STAHLS’ Fulfill ONE is taking a stand against waste and overproduction with a zero-inventory, on-demand model. According to the company, every product created has a purpose, ensuring nothing goes to waste. Sustainability is said to be at the core of this innovation, with key initiatives including:

  • Eco-friendly inks that reduce environmental impact.
  • Recycling and repurposing materials for a circular production model.
  • Energy-efficient production processes minimize carbon footprints.

“By producing only what’s necessary, STAHLS’ is revolutionizing the way brands approach sustainability and setting a new precedent for ethical, efficient production,” stated the company.

According to STAHLS’, Fulfill ONE is just the beginning. With a full capacity launch planned for September 2025, STAHLS’ is already looking ahead. Global expansion is in motion, with STAHLS’ Fulfill ONE EU set to launch in the next year, bringing sustainable, on-demand fulfillment to Europe.
