Stahl Family Scholarship Q1 winners announced
Stevensville High School & Elite Design Solutions are awarded the Stahl Family Scholarship & materials.
2025 marks the 5th anniversary of the Stahl Family Scholarship, and STAHLS’ has announced the winners of Q1.
“As a company with entrepreneurial roots dating back over 90 years, we deeply value the grit, creativity, and determination it takes to run a successful business. That’s why we’re continuing our mission to support future leaders and makers by giving away over $6,000 worth of equipment to two deserving winners each quarter throughout 2025,” stated STHALS’ in a blog post.
School winner: Stevensville High School
Stevensville High School is home to a thriving business program that guides students through a full entrepreneurship pathway. Starting with a business concept and culminating in real-world experience running the school’s DECA store, students learn vital skills for any future career.
One standout feature is the fashion pathway within the family and consumer science program, where students design and produce their own clothing lines — with the opportunity to sell their creations through the DECA store. While the school already offers in-house apparel decorating with heat printing, the Stahl Family Scholarship will elevate their program with a complete suite of professional-grade heat presses, giving students hands-on access to industry-standard tools.
Business winner: Elite Design Solutions
Elite Design Solutions is a growing business offering a wide range of decorating services, including digital print/cut, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, screen printing, direct-to-garment, sublimation, and more.
Their goal for the next year is ambitious: increase production capacity by 50%, reduce turnaround time to just three days, and expand their service offerings with the help of a professional heat press and vinyl cutter. In addition, they plan to roll out a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to further grow their client base and streamline operations.
