Shirt Lab launches managment & culture program
The hands-on program runs from April 30-June 4 & is designed to help shop owners fix employee management & build high-performing teams.
Shop owners and managers in the decorated apparel industry have a new, unique opportunity to solve one of their most persistent challenges: getting their team to perform consistently.
The upcoming Shirt Lab FastTrack Employee Management & Culture Sprint is a six-week, hands-on program designed to help leaders build a structured system for hiring, training, and managing employees for better results.
“Our focus is about building a team that performs better, requires less supervision, and supports profitable growth,” said Marshall Atkinson, co-founder of Shirt Lab and a business operation coach in the decorated apparel industry.
According to the company, this sprint is built for people who manage others and are directly responsible for team performance.
“Whether you are an owner, production manager, or department leader, if your role includes hiring, training, or accountability, this program gives you a clear path to improving how your team operates, stated Shirt Lab in a press release. “Instead of theory, participants will build real systems inside their businesses each week. By the end of the sprint, attendees will have defined roles and responsibilities, a structured hiring approach, repeatable training processes, and a framework for managing performance and addressing issues.”
Registration is $97. The program runs weekly from April 30 through June 4, with live 90-minute sessions held at noon EST. All sessions are guided sprints where participants build tools they can immediately apply to their business.
