SanMar promotes two to sales leadership roles

Chantelle McCall & Barb Herman step into vice president positions.

SanMar Corporation, a supplier of wholesale accessories and apparel, announced two promotions within its sales organization. Chantelle McCall has been promoted to vice president, inside sales and sales operations, and Barb Herman has been promoted to vice president, outside sales.

“These leadership appointments reflect SanMar’s long-standing commitment to developing talent from within and investing in people to support customers with consistency, care, and trust,” stated the company in a press release.

Chantelle McCall promoted to vice president, inside sales & sales operations

Chantelle McCall joined SanMar in 1991 and has played a pivotal role in the growth of the inside sales organization. During her tenure, she helped expand the team from approximately 15 people into a nationwide organization of more than 600 team members supporting customers across the United States.

In her new role, McCall will focus on developing strong leaders, creating operational clarity, and fostering a culture rooted in trust, accountability, and growth.

“Over the course of her career at SanMar, Chantelle has done an exceptional job leading and developing our inside sales organization,” said Steve Cuthbert, chief revenue officer at SanMar. “Her leadership has consistently delivered best-in-class service to our customers and strengthened our sales operations. This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her impact and results.”

Barb Herman promoted to vice president, outside sales

Barb Herman joined SanMar in 2006, bringing deep experience in the textile and decorated apparel industry. Since then, she has played a key role in establishing and strengthening the outside sales organization, building a solid foundation for long-term growth.

As vice president of outside sales, Herman will broaden her responsibilities to include digital sales and strategic accounts. Her focus will be on developing people, deepening customer and partner relationships, and driving alignment across growth channels to better serve customer needs.

“Barb has played a critical role in building a strong, scalable outside sales organization,” said Cuthbert. “Her focus on talent development and leadership has positioned us well for continued growth, and I’m excited to see her impact in this role.”
