Roland DGA Names Oransky CEO

Andrew Oransky started with Roland DGA in 2008 and has served as company president since 2016.

oransky_275Irvine, California-based Roland DGA, a global manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and 3D printing devices, announces that Andrew Oransky has been named the company’s new chief executive officer.

Oransky has served as the company’s president since 2016. In this new role, he’ll assume overall responsibility for company strategy and performance and will report directly to the board of directors at parent company Roland DG.

The company notes that Oransky assumes the CEO title during an exciting time: During the past year, the company’s DGSHAPE 3D division launched several advanced technology milling machines for dental labs, plus a laser decorator for retail settings. In addition, the company’s inkjet printing division recently won several notable awards, including top honors from Buyers Lab for its TrueVIS VG printer/cutters and two SGIA Product of the Year Awards for its VersaUV LEC-540 wide format printer/cutter and ECO-UV inks.

“All of us at Roland have great confidence in Andrew’s excellent leadership qualities as well as his extensive knowledge across the multiple industries we serve,” says David Goward, previously CEO of Roland DGA and currently executive vice president, director at Roland DG. “Under his capable guidance and with the cooperation of the rest of the leadership team, we expect continued growth and success in the years to come.”
