Ricoh USA Inc. announced Wide Format Elite Access, a new service that connects wide-format print professionals with production workflow experts to help them maximize capabilities. This one-on-one connection to experts is designed to enable printers to resolve production challenges and share practical knowledge and best practices for sign and graphics workflows, regardless of equipment brand.

Ricoh says print professionals can keep up with customer demands and the challenges of wide-format production through the service.
