Printwear Announces Editorial Transition
Printwear magazine announces associate editor Mike Clark will transition into a new role as associate editor for the magazine and sister publication Sign and Digital Graphics.
BROOMFIELD, Colo.-Printwear magazine announces current associate editor Mike Clark will transition to a hybrid role. In the new position, Clark serves as associate editor for both Printwear and its sister publication Sign & Digital Graphics (SDG).
“I look forward to continuing the work I’ve done with Printwear over the three last years and am excited at the opportunities I’ll have in joining SDG’s team as well,” states Clark. “With a foot in both markets, I hope to add value to both publications through the new things I’ll learn from constituents in our industries.”
With the change, Clark provides editorial support to both publications in print and digital media. As part of the new role, he will also help to represent both brands at events throughout the year, including 2019 dates of THE NBM SHOW.
“Clark will apply his editorial and writing style to sharing lessons and stories in two similar, related, connected-but ultimately unique-industries,” explains Dave Pomeroy, vice president of publishing and markets for National Business Media, the parent company of both magazines. “This will benefit readers of both Printwear and Sign & Digital Graphics, and is consistent with the approach of National Business Media, as we serve these vibrant, overlapping markets.”
Stacy Marshall, publisher of Printwear, adds that the transition “presents a great opportunity for Clark to really dig in and gain knowledge” of the sign industry, particularly since both publication’s markets and clientele often intersect.
