Principal Industries acquires GENLED Brands
GENLED's Acolyte & AgiLight join Principal Industries' other brands.
Principal Industries, a provider of electrical components and services to the commercial sign industry, announced the acquisition of GENLED Brands, a New Jersey-based LED lighting solutions provider. According to Principal, this acquisition strengthens and diversifies its product portfolio in new and existing end markets while expanding its footprint in and outside of North America.
