
Overture Promotions, a promotional products marketing provider, announced Tej Shah as the new chief executive officer.
Shah has led the firm’s sales, marketing, and e-commerce efforts and has been a driving force within Overture for 15 years. He brings a deep understanding of the company’s people, customers, and organizational purpose, and is well-positioned to succeed JoAnn Gilley and lead Overture into its next chapter, the company announced.
“We are deeply grateful to JoAnn Gilley for her leadership and the foundation she has built, which have positioned the company for continued success,” the company posted on LinkedIn.
As part of this leadership transition, Brian Lisinski, who has served as chief financial officer, will assume the role of chief operating officer, where he will focus on driving scale, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
