Ninja Transfers, a provider of direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, announced a milestone for the company: the successful completion of a rigorous 100+ wash and dry cycle test on its DTF transfers.

According to Ninja, this achievement highlights its commitment to durability, reliability, and performance, even under the most demanding conditions.

The 100+ wash test is said to be a critical benchmark in the textile and apparel industry, ensuring that printed designs maintain their vibrancy, integrity, and adherence to fabrics through extensive washing and wear.

“We are incredibly proud of the results from our 100+ wash test,” said Victor Ilisco, director of business development at Ninja Transfers. “Our team has worked tirelessly to test almost a hundred combinations of environment, consumables, pressing time, and temperatures to develop a DTF product that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our customers. This milestone is a testament to our dedication to quality and innovation in the DTF transfer market.”

Ninja said its products not only met but exceeded the industry standards of 50 washes, demonstrating resilience against fading, cracking, and peeling. During the testing process, Ninja reported that its transfers retained their original colors and sharpness even after more than 100 wash and dry cycles.

“The transfers exhibited strong adhesion to various fabrics, ensuring that designs remained intact with minimal degradation. This was maintained across different fabric types, including cotton, polyester, and other synthetic materials. In fact, the more synthetic the material, such as polyester or nylon, the better it held up,” stated Ninja.
