New Hires and Promotions: Cap America, ColDesi, Griff Network, InkSoft, Toshiba

Patty Henderson
Patty Henderson

Cap America Inc. promotes Patty Henderson to vice president of procurement. She reports to VP of production Tom Gillespie.

Henderson has been with the company for 34 years, beginning in 1987 as purchasing clerk. She was promoted to purchasing manager in 2003 and senior purchasing manager in 2006. She reports to VP of production Tom Gillespie.

ColDesi Inc. announces the arrival of four new team members. The expansion includes three account managers: Mitchell Starr (Mitch), Scott Romano, and Robin Dykes, and one customer care representative, Ashley Killingsworth.

Sales manager, Joe Smalley says, “With a wealth of sales experience, Mitch has hit the ground running as a contributor to the ColDesi sales team and we are excited to have him on board!”

As a former athletic apparel designer and creator, Romano brings a unique perspective from his time running his business. He looks forward to forming relationships with customers.

Dykes’ hire builds on the addition of Sawgrass sublimation printers and the Roland BN-20 to the ColDesi family of brands.

A crafting hobbyist, Killingsworth is a circuit user and spends her free time making custom cups with her mom. As a customer care representative, she’s at the forefront of ColDesi’s onboarding experience that sets new equipment owners up for success.

The Griff Network appoints two new management positions, welcoming Jon Giza as its new process development manager and Tim Roche as its new product development manager.

Prior to working at Griff, Giza worked as a director of manufacturing for more than 20 years. In his new role, Giza oversees Griff’s manufacturing processes. Roche previously worked as a product engineer at Griff for 13 years. He is responsible for developing new products and introducing them to the company’s product line and improving existing products.

InkSoft hires KJ Jaramillo to lead the marketing departments for Inksoft and its sister company GraphicsFlow. As chief marketing officer, Jaramillo is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of all marketing and advertising initiatives.

Jaramillo has a career that spans more than 20 years working with startups, Fortune 500, and nonprofits. He’s the recipient of 11 major marketing awards while serving clients in the B2C and B2B space.

Toshiba America Business Solutions president/CEO Scott Maccabe retires and Toshiba America Business Solutions COO Larry White assumes the leadership role. Maccabe now serves as an advisor to parent company Toshiba Tec Corporation.

Maccabe has led Toshiba America Business Solutions since July 2013.  He is responsible for achieving record annual profits for the company in six of those years while expanding Toshiba’s market share to an all-time best during his tenure. He holds the distinction of concurrently serving as president and CEO of both Toshiba America Business Solutions and Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions for more than five years.

Toshiba’s newly named CEO has held a variety of executive roles since joining the company in 1996.  As the COO, White oversaw strategic planning across Toshiba’s business operations throughout North and South America.
